Patients expect OB/GYN Physicians to be an expert about anything
concerning women. They: are NOT! But you can help each OB/GYN to learn about how women
achieve sexual satisfaction, only in a non-confrontational manner. OB/GYN physicians
might be "defensive" about the fact you know more about sexual satisfaction than
they do.
A normal response from a physician when you mention La Crème
d'Amour™ will be:
"Show me your double blind clinical studies that will
convince me of the value of La Crème d'Amour™ ."
You should respond:
"The clinical trials do not accurately reflect a woman's ability
to achieve orgasm, and therefore sexual satisfaction, because of the multiple variables
involved like;
- Testosterone Status/Estrogen Status
- Aging, Perimenopause and Menopause Birth Control Medications
- Antidepressants like Prozac and Zoloft Stress and Fatigue Uncaring Partner"
At this point you should show the OB/GYN some literature
- The patient education brochure
- The physicians/nurse practitioners letter from RJT
Then ask the OB/GYN for a "trial":
"If you or your office personnel would direct one or two
women with a sexual problem to use La Crème d'Amour™ I will;
And you can ask the referred patient if she thinks this approach has merit!"
OB/GYN Offices

Medical Practitioner Office Dynamics
Each member of the office staff care about patients needs and healthcare or
they would be working in a business office, not a doctor's office.
The Receptionist
- Will work in most patients that call with a medical problem.
The Medical Assistants
- Will help patients with answers and suggestions about health care concerns
The Office Nurses
- Care for their patients when the physician is working in the hospital
- Take emergency phone calls
- Call in prescription refills
Most Important Note: La Crème d'Amour™ was designed not to require
a prescription and can be recommended by the office staff, but intense personal care to help
each woman achieve sexual satisfaction will ~ recurring referrals from the office staff!
It is quite common for the office staff to also be patients within the
practice. When OB/GYN physicians want the "trial" and the endorsement of their patients,
the office staff's endorsement will be of the utmost importance. The office staff will first
use the free samples. The office staff will first evaluate the patient education brochures.
It is extremely important that you completely explain steps 1-5 to the
office staff.

You are not selling La Crème d'Amour™ as a "magic bullet"!
You are helping women to achieve sexual satisfaction, and in doing so;
you will sell many times the volume of La Crème d'Amour™ . You are also identifying women
who are impassioned to help all women achieve sexual satisfaction (building down line).
The OB/GYN physicians will respect the opinion of their office staff.
The physicians will realize that the office staff "cares for their patients".
Important Note:
- Each patient is a patient of all the office personnel, not just a patient of the physician.
- Each patient is a patient of the practice.
An example of a "quality of life issue;"
A pregnant patient with lower back pain will usually ask the office
staff what she can do to help treat her pain. The office staff with medical authority
will recommend massages, heat, certain exercises, certain safe topical preparations
(Bengay) or even refer the patient to a chiropractor for back pain specific care.
This example represents how the office staff could also refer a patient
with sexual problems to the La Crème d'Amour™ agent to help achieve sexual satisfaction.
Initial Office Contact
A personal appearance will be most effective.
Several pharmaceutical companies are very successfully promoting their
drugs via telemarketing and with intense patient support.
Some combination of the two may be best.

There is a 50% chance that the office will be 1 hour late for
patient appointments. Visit when the schedule is light or visit during administrative
time for nurses.
Forge a relationship with the office staff -especially the
receptionist!

Step 1: History (and teaching)
- Teach where the clitoris is located.
- Teach that the clitoris must achieve a clitoral erection, like a man must have a penile erection, before orgasm can be achieved.
- Teach that sexual satisfaction is only achieved by achieving orgasm and orgasm consistency (every time).
Patient History
- How old are you?
- Are you taking medication for birth control?
- Have you experienced menopause (age 50)?
- If so, are you on replacement estrogen? What kind? What dosage?
- Have you had any surgeries on your ovaries?
- Are you under unusual stress?
- Are you taking antidepressant medication? What kind? What dosage?
- Is your partner caring, and does he have the desire to help you achieve sexual satisfaction?
With your Knowledge and Personal Experiences, use the answers to the above to
establish Step 2.
Step 2: Set Expectations
Each woman needs to understand La Crème d'Amour™'s impact to achieve sexual satisfaction
during her first several uses.
Example; A 45 year old woman, mother of three on no medication with no
prior surgery, can be told that La Crème d'Amour™ should become more effective after three or four uses over
a period of 10 days to two weeks.
Reason 1: The proper application of La Crème d'Amour™ to the underside
of the clitoris is of utmost importance. La Crème d'Amour™ will not cause the desired effect if it is not
placed properly. A woman's partner should accomplish this, and the La Crème d'Amour™ should be rubbed in
thoroughly for more than five minutes to help with absorption. By the third or fourth use, the woman's
partner should know precisely where and how to apply the La Crème d'Amour™.
Reason 2: "Use it or lose it", is a dictum of medicine. Just as the
muscles of the arm are thin, weak and atrophied after a cast is removed, the clitoris becomes less
responsive with less use and with age. This will improve after multiple uses of La Crème d'Amour™.
Example; A 27 -year-old woman on birth control pills has a low estrogen
level and therefore the La Crème d'Amour™ might not be well absorbed. Also, the birth control pills are well
known to decrease libido by decreasing a woman's testosterone levels. This is the most prevalent cause of
female sexual dysfunction or arousal difficulties. Reassure thatLa Crème d'Amour™ will probably be effective
for 50% of women on birth control pills to achieve sexual satisfaction. The other 50% of women on birth
control pills can achieve sexual satisfaction when estrogen and testosterone are given and used in
conjunction with La Crème d'Amour™ . (Breast-feeding women and menopausal women not on estrogen
replacement cause the same problems as above, decreased estrogen and decreased testosterone.)
Step 3: Reassure
Every woman has an excellent chance (90%) of achieving sexual satisfaction,
but La Crème d'Amour™ is the first option. If La Crème d'Amour™ alone does not achieve the desired
effects, estrogen and testosterone should be supplemented to restore these hormones declines caused
by normal aging, birth control medications and antidepressant medications.
Reassure: Once again, your goal is to help women achieve sexual
satisfaction whatever it takes!
Reassure: Each woman can expect frustration. Decreased sexual
satisfaction usually evolves over years and years. It might take several months to again achieve
sexual satisfaction.
Step 4: Establish Follow-up Contact
Every woman needs to be contacted 2 weeks after initial teaching and steps 1-3
need be revisited. This is to access progress and prevent frustration. If sexual satisfaction has
not been achieved, your options include:
- Try and try again. More time may be the answer.
- Add testosterone to restore libido.
- Add estrogen (pill or cream) to improve the absorption of La Crème d'Amour™ (if it's not absorbed, it can not help).
Step 5: Teach and Reassure
We all change with time and aging. What helped achieve sexual satisfaction years
ago can be expected to decline with normal aging. The decreased levels of testosterone and estrogen
will affect the potential for sexual satisfaction.
If you just provide La Crème d'Amour™ to a woman without your personal support of
the selling steps outlined above and if your prospect does not have an initial positive response,
she will not even be given the opportunity to achieve sexual satisfaction. She will not be given
the opportunity to become a loyal La Crème d'Amour™ devotee.
Remember
You are not selling La Crème d'Amour™ as a magic bullet!
You are helping women to achieve sexual satisfaction, and in doing so you
will sell huge quantities of La Crème d'Amour™.
There is no substitute for Personal Service and Caring!
